[HACK] Great River Series: Bushwhacking the North Woods of Galloway (placed on 2008/06/14)

This is a medium sized cache.

Ken Pomo pulled off the Great River Road into Donie Galloway Park in Champlin, MN. After parking in the small parking lot at:

He and David walked over to the banks of the Mississippi River.

Summer seemed to be coming late this year, as the water was still a bit chilly, despite the fact that Ken could feel a sunburn forming on both arms and both legs.

As he was about to head back to the car, David noticed a bottle floating two meters off the shore.

He managed to snag it (using a branch from one of the nearby oak trees), but it wasn't exactly the same as the rest of the trash that has washed up on shore. There appeared to be a note rolled up inside. After four minutes, Ken was able to remove the three pieces of paper that were inside.

Ken read all three pieces of paper, thought about it for a moment, and thanked a sleepy robin in a nearby nest.
I forgot to include a pencil, so if someone has an extra to drop in when they sign the log, it'd be appreciated!

Remember to hide the cache in the same location you found it, replacing anything that may have helped keep it hidden.

Please log your visits, even if you weren't able to find the cache. It'll help me gauge the correct difficulty rating and I can verify with greater frequency that the cache is still where it is supposed to be.

I've included a bunch of cash for the "first find" prize, as well as some small trade items (a circuit kit propeller, a golf ball, and a plastic spider toy).
